Game Community

This week I decided to start a community within an MMORPG game I frequently play. I have achieved this through starting a guild, beginning with friends and opening up to other players on the same server that I am in. This helps me as it involves planning skills to create and schedule events within the guild as well as being active and talking to other members within the guild that I have created. Being the guild leader also requires that I have to be able to work efficiently in a team, improving skills of being a team leader as well as working well as a team. I am known in my guild to be helpful to other players, be forgiving over potential mistakes as well as have a very large patience if anything may go wrong within the guild.
Being the guild leader also allows me to help out other players who may be less better off than I am within the game, so I approach this as a chance to help them catch up by doing various things to help them get to a level and quality of gear/items that is acceptable for the majority of the current patch/version of the game.
